How to Get a Quick Response?

Be specific in your requests. List the exact product name and quantity you want.
All our prices are listed on the product page including delivery, setup & tear down.
A soft quote will be provided for approval; followed by an official event order with your details.
Once you confirm your event order information; your equipment will be reserved for 48 hours.
Full payment is required to secure your booking. After 48 hours, your equipment will be released.

Additional Charges Apply to the Following:

Time Changes

Once your booking is confirmed. There is a $250 fee for each time change request.

Same Day Pickup

There is a $250 surcharge for returning the same day to pick up.

Last Minute Booking

There is a $300 surcharge for all bookings under 14 days.
There is a $500 surcharge for all bookings under 7 days.

Out of Town Surcharge

There is an out of town surcharge for locations more than 25 Kilometres outside of Toronto.

Late Night Pickup - After 10 PM

There is a $250 late night surcharge for pickups after 10 pm.

Early Morning Setup - Surcharges

Early morning setup before 8am: $300.
Early morning setup before 6am: $500.

Booking & Payment Information

Under 14 Days: There is a $300 last minute booking surcharge.
Under 7 Days: There is a $500 last minute booking surcharge.
Rental Period: You have up to 72 hrs or 3 days for your rentals.
Refund Policy: Cancel 7 days before your event for a 100% full refund.

100% Full Refund Policy

Receive a full refund when you cancel 7 days before your event date. There are no refunds if you cancel less than 7 days. All short notice bookings will not receive a refund.
